How long does a kitchen remodel take?

It depends on the scope: a cabinet and countertop refresh moves faster than a full layout change. You get a written timeline with your quote.

Can you remodel only part of the kitchen?

Yes. New countertops and backsplash, new cabinets, or just an island. Tell us what you want to change and we quote that.

Do I need to move out during the remodel?

Most families stay home. We protect the rest of the house, clean up at the end of each day, and tell you up front which days the kitchen is out of use.

Does my HOA need to approve it?

Some Fort Myers HOAs ask to approve contractor work or schedules. Send us your HOA's requirements and we'll plan the job around them.
